The only downside is that the taste was not Great but it wasn't bad. The taste was ok.

I really think cookies & cream Gold Standard is overrated. If you read the ingredients a couple of red flags showed up for me. One, this flavor has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it (which is really bad, read about HFCS on google). Two, Sucralose is in it as well which artificial sweetener. Three, the after taste is not good. Something about this protein makes my mouth swell up alittle bit. However, this product did bulk me up but if i could go back i would choose a different flavor and probably a different brand. I just switch to Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Chocolate and I have to say it's the best tasting and best overall protein on the market. It does NOT contain Sucrose, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Fat, Fillers, Maltodextrin, Aspartame. DN Elite Whey Protein is also cheaper then Gold Standard right now. If you are still a die hard ON fan then check out there Natural Whey Protein products. They will not have HFCS or additives.

I like this flavor a lot. But I must say, at first i didn't like it too much because to me it taste a bit like coffee rather then cookies & cream unless you use whole milk, which I cant do. But i would recommend this no doubt.

Out of all the protein i have tried, this is by far the best in price, quality and taste. They mix well and i really enjoy this flavor with water or milk. You won't be disappointed.

A friend of mine that lives in Ireland, told me about this product. He said it's more expensive in Europe, compared to the prices in the US and it really is !!! (70 Euro for 5lbs =$99.87). This site rocks! I am ordering this product to achieve my goals. I'm a woman with a really nice athletic body but not a lot of muscle on my 'bones' lol I want to become super fit before i join the military. I made the bold move of switching from Syntha-6 to ON. At first i was using water like i always did with S6 but for some reason it wasn't happening i was beginning to dread the thought of having to drink this after my workouts. I recently came from a deployment were milk was a luxury and all they had was milk in a box or Silk (soy Milk) and cold was out of the question. But they did have cold waters in the gym. So i tried it with cold water still wasn't happening. Milk! Yes Milk! Made this thing come out the box even with my 2 scoops of Glutamine. I was about to call it quits but this stuff rocks with milk. Taste awsome! So just remember Milk if you have your doubts. Oh yeah and taste just like cookies n creme! By far a not so bad lean-protein builder.

This protein taste great, and includes over 4 grams of critical amino acids involved in recovery, its low in carbs, perfect for atkins dieters, and has over 20g of protein per scoop, and has over 70 servings( i take 3 scoops a day so it last me about 3 weeks), its easily the best protein around. The muscle recovery is amazing.

tastes like a freakin milkshake, extremely good but, i did not like taking it before a workout because the cookies and cream taste stayed in my mouth the whole time, also had a very warm feeling which i did not like. i recommend this as an post workout drink.

When I first started working out I was unaware of what supps to take. I was recommended to try ON Whey protein. I gave it a try and loved it. It tastes exactly like the flavor listed on the tub, unlike other proteins who are sometimes just unbearable to consume. Whether I mix it in milk or water it mixes well, whether it's mixed in a shaker cup, blender or with a spoon. As for the price, it's really cheap for a high quality protein with 75-80 servings in each jug. Good amino acid profile, low carb, low sugar, 24 grams of protein per scoop. What more could you ask for in a protein powder?

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard has been one of my favorite brands and I wanted to try the Cookies and Creme flavoralthough my favorite has always been the vanilla cream. Cookies and Cream didnt taste that bad.
