I have stayed away from whey protein shakes for close to 10 years, primarily due to the fact that they gave me severe GI discomfort. The progress made over the past 10 years has completely shocked me. This product gave me almost zero GI discomfort. On top of that, the C&C flavor is outstanding. Mixed with ice and water, it tastes like a freakin milk shake. I will order this again however, I'm going to try other flavors first. Just ordered Mocha Cap. Will write a review once tried.

Not amazing. I only bought it because it was on sale. I purchased a cookies and cream flavored protein shake by another brand SYNTRAX, and it seriously tasted like cookies and cream. This taste more like cookie dough, maybe they should change the name of the flavor, because this was misleading. I don't think i will purchase it again unless im low on cash and im desperate. On the plus side, i will say it mixes really well with a fork and there's more bang for your buck considering there is more servings per jar than most other brands for bariatric patients.

I really like this product. The flavor is a nice switch from the double rich chocolate. I have been using this brand for about 2 years. Tried some other brands and still return to gold standard.Great for pre or post workout i even mix in a little tiny bit of fat free milk and I swear I feel like I am drinking a milkshake.

I have been using this product as a breakfast/lunch meal replacements as well as an after-workout protein supplement. The quality of the protein is outstanding, but the flavor is not my personal favorite. It is more like a coffee flavor, which I don't enjoy. It is tolerable mixed with bananas or with oatmeal. I have had great success with the chocolate flavor. The vanilla is awful, barely palatable. Good luck.

I did not like the flavor at all. After drinking it 3 times i thought about throwing it out and getting another kind. Had to add chocolate casein protein to it to finish the bottle. Nitro tech cookies and cream protein tastes much better.

Maybe this is just me, but this flavor does NOT taste anything like "cookies and cream," and these cookie bits people keep describing are like tiny little specks that end up at the bottom of the glass--are they even necessary? If I had to give it a name, I'd call it "sweet & salty," "caramel," or maybe even "pretzels & caramel." It has this sweet/salty kind of taste...which is really good, actually. It's still a good flavor that I actually enjoy after a workout, but the name of it and the purpose of the specks boggle my mind.

Cookies and Cream is the best tasting flavor. Yum. I bought Vanilla, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Mint and Strawberry at the same time and all I wanted to eat was the Cookies and Cream. Cookies and Cream seemed rich and creamy even when made with water. The flavor is amazing. The other flavors are average and I usually needed to add fruit or cocoa powder to make an acceptable tasting shake. The other flavors really benefited from being made with milk but that is a problem if you are trying to keep the calories low.
