I recently bought this brand of virgin coconut oil not knowing what I was getting myself into, only that I wanted virgin coconut oil. It has been a very pleasing and eye-opening experience. The coconut oil is absolutely delicious. I have been using it as a butter substitute; tossing it with pasting and spreading it on fresh bread. The flavor is exquisitely rich and smooth.

i love it i take it everymorning and when i remember in thr evening too. I have been feeling great and my appetite has gone down it also helps ease the stool in a great way, witout it getting in the way of you personal life. This stuff is amazing...I use it for making body butters along with raw organic shea butter and pure essential oils. The combination of the shea butter with the coconut oil makes your skin so soft, even if you have really dry skin! Love it!
