Providing Whole Food Concentrates - Nature's Energy - Dietary Supplement - Suitable for Vegetarians. Solgar's Earth Source Multi-Nutrient tablets are free of yeast, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Warning
