Cross-flow mico-filtration adds to Whey To Go® Protein Powder's amino acids availability,absorption and utilization.
Solgar® Whey To Go® Protein Powder also includes the two beneficial ingredients, Free-Form L-Glutamine and Free-Form Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). L-Glutamine plays a significant role in supporting protein metabolism. * BCAAs are directly involved in protein synthesis and help support muscle nitrogen and a free amino acid pool during exercise.* Both L-Glutamine and BCAAs are used by muscle tissue as a source of energy.
In addition, Solgar® Whey To Go® Protein Powder is free of gluten and is low in fat. Plus, itsdeliciously rich chocolate flavor blends easily and tastes great in water or your preferred source of milk. It can even be added to sauces,yogurt,muffins,pancakes and other bake mixes. It is an excellent way to add extra high quality protein to your daily caloric intake.
Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 28 grams (approx. 1 level scoop) to 8 ounces of water or your preferred source of milk and blend or shake vigorously. Please note the additional calories and/or protein provided by your favorite type of milk.

I have tried a lot of different protein in my life. Since going on a gluten free diet I was not able to take any of the leading brands of protein so I found this. I ranks just as good if not better than anything I have had. It also taste great. My only gripe is that it doesn't come in a larger size. I would recommended this product to a friend.

It mixes very well with milk and isn't dusty. The taste is good, though I'd prefer a neutral taste. I found the Solgar vanilla flavor was too strong for breakfast - it was more like dessert. I choose this brand because Consumer Reports found little of the dangerous metals in the Solgar brand when they tested protein powders. I think that was in 2011.

I have used this shake for over a year and it is the best tasting i have tried so far. (and i have tried many) I have it in the morning before i head out for work and it gives me a good boost to keep me going. During the weekends i hike so i will have 2 a day. It mixes up nice and think with 2% milk in a blender. Love it!
