CoQ-10 is a fat-soluble antioxidant and supports cellular energy production. It is especially important for organs and tissues with high energy requirements, like the heart. This formulation provides CoQ-10 in an oil-based softgel to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.*

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
