Product Label

BioCitrate™ Magnesium is a specially chelated form of Magnesium using citric acid. Minerals bonded with citric acid are specially formulated for people with low stomach acid and are intended to improve mineral bioavailability. Magnesium participates in numerous enzymatic reactions in the body and is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy heart, muscle, nerve and circulatory function.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

      The listing clearly states 'magnesium citrate 400mg'; it is not until you read the label that you realize that the capsules are 100mg each. The information on the list should tell you the mg per capsule (or per tablet), not the suggested dose per day. This is only a 30 day supply.
