Directions

I always check how much EPA and DHA the product has because that is important. For the cost, this product has a high amount. It also does not have a fishy aftertaste.I believe Life Extension is good quality.

This company does the utmost research on which vitamins an supplements are needed in what combination and doses and creates supplements that reflect their in depth research. This supplement is an example of that combining sesame oil and olive oil which if you read their research has been shown to enhance the ability of the omega 3's. Like the other reviewer has said the doses of EPA and DHA are not likely to be found elsewhere and the purity is shown to be top quality as well. Highly recommend.

My doctor said that if I was going to take fish oil, I really needed to look past the label which might read "1200 mg" fish oil, and instead, look at the ingredients to insure I was getting a total of 1200 mg total combined EPA/DHA. Taking this product gives me that amount EPA (700 Mg) plus DHA (500 Mg). You can't find this in your local supermarket. If you want the benefits, take this.

I have been taking this supplement for ove two years and it has helped normalize my triglycerides significantly. It is also easily digestible, and contains sesame and olive oil unlike most other fish oil supplements on market. The price is very reasonable for what it contains.
