Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Omega 3 Fish Oil 300 Epa/ 200 Dha - 100 Softgels:
Not much to say. Solid product for a solid price. I do get very light fish burps, but it's just barely even noticeable. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like fish. Doesn't even bother me.

I just started taking this a week ago so I haven't seen any results yet. However, I can say that it is NOT like eating raw fish. I have had an occasional "fish burp" but seriously saying that it is like eating raw fish is a little dramatic.

I've tried many brands but this product has the worst "fish burps" of all and I take them during a meal.

This is a great fish oil product. I have no problem with "fish burbs" and the price, being a VS brand, is very competitive. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This is a good Fish Oil. I have had some issues with "fish burps" if I take it on an empty stomach, but I have this issue with other brands of fish oil as well. If you have these issues too, I would suggest taking it on a full stomach only. This is a good value.

This is a pretty high dose of Omega-3 and while I can't vouch for the "quality" it does seem to deliver what it advertises. No fish burps here and I'm taking 2 tabs, 3 times a day.

I have been taking this product for many years. This is one of those products where you notice it more when your not taking it then when you are. Stop taking it and you'll see that you need it! Lol, weird, but true. Also I like the content/price...

Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3-6-9 does not have fish smell or give fish burps. Its a bit more expensive, but the only one I know that doesn't smell/taste/burp like fish.

Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Omega 3 Fish Oil 300 Epa/ 200 Dha - 100 Softgels:
I swear ever since I started taking it, my mood/thinking/overall brain function has greatly improved. What they say about fish oil for the brain really has proven to be true for me! I would recommend it! Only thing is that it makes me burp fish tasting/smelling burps, lol--but it's not that bad; I remember as a kid growing up in Russia, we used to all take a spoonful of fish oil every day. I mean, totally unrefined fish oil with a piece of bread. This definitely beats that experience by many a mile. And I think a daily fish oil supplement is one of the most important to get kids on...early nutrition is one of the most important factors in IQ development. Edit: For anyone who has yet to hear of this, KRILL OIL is supposed to be even better than fish oil.

I recently read that if you freeze the capsules and swallow it frozen by the time it gets defrosted it is part way down and you will not burp that fish taste.

I agree with the comment re mood, et c.
