      Comments about Vitamin Shoppe B-Complex 50 (50) - 300 Capsules:

      This isn't a bad product, I just think the price is a bit too high. The capsules are clean and fresh. I'm not sure, but I think this contains yeast which I'm not a big fan of. I much rather have a yeast free b-complex capsule. I prefer the 50 mg. capsules because I'm not overdoing it with one serving and I can take 2 or 3 more caps scattered throughout the day. I also like that it has 400 mcg. in each serving.
