Bee Pollen has been the subject of numerous studies while bee propolis is a by-product of royal jelly, the highly complex substance fed exclusively to queen bees. As a dietary supplement, bee pollen complex is a rich source of many nutrients.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

          Bee pollen has many health benefits, and I have been using this product for many years. I cannot understand why someone could call this product "dangerous" unless he is allergic to bee products, but this is clearly stated as a warning on the bottle.
