Directions

    After much prompting by my brother, I took L-Taurine to assist brain function. After just a few days the "fog" began to lift and I was more able to concentrate and function. After taking for some time, I allowed myself to run out. Big mistake. Once I restocked and began taking again I almost immediately felt better. I will not run out again. I take four a day; two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. It really works.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
