Known as "the female ginseng". Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to treat certain skin ailments. May also help with menstrual and premenstrual support.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to three (3) capsules daily, preferably with meals.

      I was into 3-4 months of hot flashes and an emotional roller coaster. All of that went away within a week of starting dong quai. I was skeptical at first, but am sold on its effectiveness. If I forget to take it for more than 2 days, I start noticing the hot flashes returning. I works for me! My husband also says "thank you."
