Water-soluble vitamin needed for over 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism. Essential for red blood cell metabolism. Needed by nervous and immune systems to function efficiently. Many older Americans have low blood levels of vitamin B-6.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
