About this product

Magnesium is a mineral that functions as a coenzyme for nerve and muscle function, regulation of body temperature, energy metabolism, DNA/RNA synthesis, and the formation of bone. This special formula contains a complex of magnesium citrate, oxide and hydroxyapatite.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets twice daily, preferably with breakfast and lunch.

      Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Magnesium Complex A.M. (500MG) - 100 Tablets:

      I use this product for constipation. Many other Mag supplements either do not work for me or they cause cramping and bloating. This is a very gentle way to eliminate constipation and get in your magnesium at the same time. I purchase it often, but find that it's getting more difficult to find in the Vitamin Shoppe stores. :(
