        I used this to get my cycles regular and to help with perimenopause symptoms. It does that with no side effects! I believe it is also working to reduce/eliminate my sore breasts in connection with my cycle. If you are perimenopausal with symptoms, try this. I am so thankful I found this herb/product!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                    This product is Standardized. This is a big plus. You need to get a certain amount of the active ingredient and you are guarenteed to get it in this product. Taking this for PMS symptoms as well as fertility issues. You will not see results right away. It takes about 3 cycles, but it does wonders for cramps and mood swings and sore breasts. Keep it up...totally worth it.

                        This is some of the best stuff you can get OTC to help with mood swings. Most my family takes this medicine and would be a bear to be around if not taking this medicine. This medicine is also working well for raging hormones on a pre teen. Thank you for making life not such a bear session.
