I have had chronic pain for ten years for apparently no reason. When my muscles become stiff and painful I'll take a CLA and my muscles will relax thus ceasing the discomfort. I have tried other CLA brands but this one works best for me. I feel obliged to warn you that my claim is not backed up by any medical data just personal experience. Also, it gives some people loose stool.

I have used Tonalin off and on for several years, not truly understanding its benefits. Then in January, I decided to change my eating habits. While i was not overweight, I noticed in the last year, my body had become full of cellulite.. WOW! I am 49, live in Florida, and am way too embarrased to wear anything that will expose my skin -- arms, legs, butt, calves -- has those ugly bumps all over.. UGH!!! How it happened so quickly I'll never know, but it had to be GONE!!!

I changed my eating habits, increased water intake to 1/2 gallon per day, and started taking Tonalin CLA. I heard it takes some time to work its way in your system, so had to be patient with myself. After research, decided to double the dose on the bottle and take 2 - 3x day.

I am now 6 weeks into my new way of eating. I lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks, BUT... have lost at least 50% of my cellulite. I know if I keep going down this path, I will have smooth skin again by summer.

This product worked very well for me. Of course it may take a couple of weeks, but it really tightened and toned. Of course you have to exercise, eat well and take it on a regular basis.

I just bought this today. Haven't tried this yet. Only bad thing is its not a full 1000mg cla only 780-820mg per cap. But at least they're being honest. Anyhow they guy at the store said 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. And it says with food. So remember no empty stomache.

I really hope it works.

Not even done with my first bottle but adding this supplement to my workout and diet has done wonders! I've lost 4" off my waist alone! I will Continue to use this product for sure!

I did my research for this one, I always research extensively on products I'm curious to try (via pills). I read good things about CLA Tonalin so I thought I'd give it a try. I recommend to not waste your money. This has only been tested on lab mice and other animals. Bottom line, it doesn't work. I bought a bottle of 90 pills, took it three times a day and did nothing. I didn't get any acne but I had recurring stomach pains that hurt really bad. I'm not saying it was the Tonalin but it started when I was taking this product so maybe it did have to to with the CLA. I'm a 28 year old male, I work out 6 times a week, I run and weight lift, and I didn't see a change when taking this product. Just stick to Green Tea Extract, it helps with weight loss and other numerous health benefits to boot. Tonalin CLA, Boo:(

I've been taking Tonalin CLA 1000mg for about a month now. I was really excited about trying it due to reading an article about how tonalin can help with reduction of body fat. since using this product my appetite decreased. I have lost about 5lbs so far. I lost about an inch from my waistline and i could see the reduction of fat around my stomach. I am almost done with my first bottle, and re ordered the 180 gel bottle. Oh, i am a 27 year old female who works out 6 fays out of the week and does lots of cardio and weight lifting.

Let me preface this with I am a 28-year-old male. Most reviews on Tonalin seem to be geared towards women, so I figured I would make it clear this review is for men. First, I have not noticed a problem with acne. My face has gotten a little bit oilier, but that has just forced me to wash my face daily. I have been using Tonalin CLA for roughly four (4) weeks now. I have not seen drastic results in my mid-section, but I have seen some. I take four capsules daily, have an okay diet and work out 5 to 6 days a week. When I started the Tonalin I was 227 and now I am down to 223. I am not sure if I can attribute the weight loss to the Tonalin, working out or a combination thereof. What I can say is that I only work my core out twice (2) a week, and it is never that intense; but, I do have a slimmer mid-section and I am starting to see some muscle show through (which is kind of awesome). I am going to continue the Tonalin for another month and will update this review again.

Tried CLA in the past with hardly any noticable results. Talked to my buddy who works at Vitamin Shoppe and he told me for best results double the dosage and to not follow the directions on taking it. Told me to take 2 immediatly after waking up, 2 right before you head to the gym, and 2 immediatly prior to going to bed. I have noticed unreal results in just the 2 weeks that I have been taking it. Ive always been in good shape but this is really helping me become super cut. This product is great for trimming up stuborn stomach fat as well. I would recommend this double dosage method to someone on a really good workout/diet regimine and a solid metabolism.

I have read on other boards about doubling/tripling up the dosage, but was not aware of the suggested dosage as presented to you by the Vitamin Shoppe employee. Husband and I are going to try this method and report back. Thanks!

I changed to a healthy eating lifestyle and also go to the gym 6 days a week..I bought Tonalin to give me an extra boost in my weight loss. It did absolutely nothing for me. My face broke out and I didn't even connect that it may had been the Tonalin until I read another review and it happened to them too. Not good for your skin at all!

Bought on sale and got a 2 for one. 180 softgels produced no noticeable results--no impact on waistline nor appetite. I'm a 48 year old male. I would recommend saving your money on this one.

I am 22 years old and 5'1. I once weighed 139 lbs, i would eat a strict diet and work out 5 days a week for 2 hours. I was getting tired and fustrated that I was not seeing results as rapid as i was hoping too with all the hard work i put forth. Someone sugguested Tonalin CLA so i would take it everytime i ate a meal, not only did i get down to 119 lbs now my legs are more defined and my stomach is so defined. This product works great for weightloss. However, I have sensitive skin and the oil made me break out on my face and body. Really bad. And my face was the so oily that I constantly looked like I spread oil over it. And my hair was oily within an hour of styling. I was so bummed.

I've been taking this product for 2-3 months and I've lost 22lbs so far. I work out just 3 days per week, and I eat mostly healthy (fast food just once or twice a month). I love this product. I just don't like the price, but it's worth it. Guess I'm just being cheap.

After 1 month of use I noticed absolutly no results. I work out 6 days a week and manage my diet to 2000 calories a day. I am very disappointed and wish VS offered a money back guarantee

I've only tried the Vitamin Shoppe Brand and been taking Tonalin, I want to say since March- almost consistently. Along with eating sensibly and working out to P90x, I've seen less fat bulges in my midsection and thighs (a concern for women). What I like most is not feeling any side effects concerning my stomach. I will continue using Tonalin in intervals because no one should train their body to depend on it. Hope this helps =). After about a month of taking tonalin, I've lost about 12 lbs. Although, I do excercise about 4-5 times a week and watch what I eat. Theres been some days when I forgot to take it. I have a very busy schedule and taking the product three times daily was sometimes hard. Tonalin didnt give me any noticable side affect at all which really pleases me. I do recommed this product if you want to try a cheap weight loss product without stimulants. CLA is proven to reduce weight loss and be benefial if you read articles on wikipeada :].
