Product Label

Intestinal health with Fructo-oligosaccharides. 13 billion organisms. Enteric coated. Contains NO corn, wheat, gluten, sugar, salt, soy, citrus, fish, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors added.

Probiotics are benficial or "good bacteria" that normally inhabit the large and small intestines. A healthy baleance of probiotics can help inhibit the overgrowth of harmful bacteria. This bacteria may help support good digestion and regularity. Ultimate 10 can help recolonize the good bacteria after antibiotic use, strengthening the body's own defenses.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

        I have taken this for years. I even take while pregnant and nursing to help the baby. I feel like this has helped my stomach stay healthy most of the time during the years. I used to have severe GERD and I feel like this has helped keep it under control. I also take digestive enzymes.

                I've had problems with regularity all my life. I've taken laxitives for years to help me go. This product helps me. AND it doesnt make me nauseous like other probiotics.
