      I highly recommend this product in 50mg softgels for maintaining heart health. The price and convenience from Vitamin shoppe is much appreciated. I have found the 50mg size difficult to find, and can usually only find the higher dose softgels in 100mg and 150mg from other sources. Some doctors recommend CoQ10 to those taking statin drugs, which supposedly lower choleterol, but reduce the production of CoQ10. Also, doctors tell us that coQ10 is an antioxidant necessary for normal heart function.
