    My husband is on a Statin drug for his cholesteral and I read that this can cause you to looses COQ10, so it important to replace that, especially for you heart.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Ubiquinol is the form of CoQ 10 that is absorbed the most efficiently by the body. My husband and I have been taking it for years and love it. I don't know of any downside to taking it.
