    This is my first time using this product, so I'm a beginner. However, I love garlic, and I know it is good and healthy. I use it on all my foods, but there is always a better amount used with pills. I am Diabetic II, so I hope it will help.

        this is an excellent product that i have used on a daily basis for more than 10 years. I have tried other garlic products, but always have a problem with either "garlic breath" or burping after taking the problem. I have NEVER had any problem with this kyolic product
