          I have come to use these as my adult multi vitamin along with their Multi-Vitamin and Minerals variety because they are made without most of the additives and fillers so many companies put into their products these days.These Taste Great, don't upset my stomach and don't have certain additives and fillers that i am sensitive to like Soy, Milk...                   my kids have been taking these every day for the past 4 years and love them! they are great because they contain some vegetables that kids normally wouldn't like , like brussel sprouts and cabbage. they taste great and i sneak them too!
