PRIMA CLEANSE: Adults and children over 12 : 3 capsules, twice a day with food.Adjust the amount to your cleansing needs. See Internal Cleansing System Booklet for complete details. Take 1 serving the evening of day 1. Then take two servings per day with food. Swallow one capsule at a time. Take each serving with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. HERBAL GUARD: Suggested adult usage: Take 1-2 capsules with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid twice a day. Begin gradually. Do not use if pregnant. RENEW: Suggested adult usage: Take 1-2 capsules with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid, twice a day. Begin gradually. Do not use if pregnant.
