Directions

Pour 8 oz hot water over one Green Tea Super Anti-Oxidant tea bag and steep for 2 to 4 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. For maximum antioxidant benefits and to help support the anti-aging process, enjoy a cup daily with meals.

          I'n not usually a tea drinker but since I ordered this and other teas I have started to have a cup after dinner. I drink it staight without any sweetener and I love it. It's soothing and helps me sleep earlier than I used to.
