Pros: Quality, Value, Satisfaction, Convenience
I picked up this product on a recommendation from a co-worker. With diet and exercise it has been tough to shed any of my belly fat. So far after taking this product for 3 weeks there is a noticeable change in my midsection. After doing a little research it is recommended that users of the product give it 2 - 6 weeks. I'm seeing results in 3 so I can say its doing the job. What I like is that the change is not too dramatic but gradual. I now have my husband taking them as well.

Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.
I ordered this product online and did not realize that because you must be 18yrs old to purchase you also cannot receive it unless an adult is there "MID-DAY" to sign for it. This was sent by Vitamin Shoppe via UPS and marked "Adult signature required" and was attempted to be delivered at 10:30am! HELLO! the adults in this house work during those hours! Customer service was NO help, the agent reminded me that the site states "18 or older to order online in bold red letters"but she couldn't tell me where it specified 18 or older had to be home in the middle of the day to receive it!! She then told me I could "just pick it up", I live 40 minutes away from the nearest UPS center! Needless to say I have no idea whether the product is good or not since by then I was so aggravated I just requested a refund after being told it wouldn't be delivered again until Monday which would make it 5 days past the expected delivery date. I could walk to GNC in 5 minutes flat and purchase it after all the hassle which is precisely what I'm about to do! I will never order from this site again!

I used to take tonalin CLA for a while, and lost 20lbs in 2 months, with healthier eating, exercise, and my multivitamins. That was a year ago. For a while now I wondered what I did so right then that I am not doing now! I eat right, exercise, take my muti...why do I have weight on me still??? It was tonalin that helped me along the way!!! I recommend this product in assisting in weight loss!! It really helps.
