(Seriously, just wait \u2018til you see the macros at the end!)<\/p>\n<p>Trust me, this meal makes low-carb taste <em>so<\/em> good.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Here\u2019s what you need to get started:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 lb. 90% lean grass-fed ground beef<\/li>\n<li>2 jars no-sugar-added marinara sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=olive%2Boil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> olive oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 slices mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>6 giant pepperoni slices<\/li>\n<li>1 cup white onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=garlic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">garlic <\/a>cloves, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/p\/parsley-0-26-oz-powder\/soc1008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">parsley<\/a>, chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=Himalayan%2Bpink%2Bsalt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Himalayan pink salt <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=black%2Bpepper\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">black pepper,<\/a> to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Here\u2019s what you do: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mix ground beef, white onion,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=spices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> garlic<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=spices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">parsley<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=spices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">garlic powder<\/a>, and salt and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=spices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pepper<\/a> in a bowl. Then form your burger patties. (I usually make six patties, but you can make between five and eight burgers, depending how much you\u2019re trying to chow down.)<\/p>\n<p>Then, heat up the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/search?search=olive%2Boil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> olive oil <\/a>in a large sauce pan on the stove over medium heat.
