Normal, however, varies significantly from person to person, with the average ranging from about once every three days to three times in one day. \u201cThe frequency depends on many factors, including how much water is consumed and the amount of fiber in the diet,\u201d says Dr. Clarke. Your bathroom Habits Are Regular<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone’s got their own frequency, but take note if you’re going number two fewer or more times than every other day.
