They fight off <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3249911\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">free radicals<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which are known to cause <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5551541\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oxidative stress<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a condition that could play a role in the development of all sorts of health issues. You may see it advertised as a health shot in your local juice shop, but it\u2019s also commonly dried and used in supplements.
