Do your best to skip boozy and sweetened beverages while flying. Plus, they are a fantastic way to shake off jet lag and feel connected to a new place, shares Jahan. \u201cIf you’ve been stuck on a flight for hours, try it; it might just realign your body’s natural rhythms better than you think,\u201d she says.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. Get your sleep schedule back on track ASAP<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether it\u2019s jet lag from hopping through time zones or sheer exhaustion from waking up or going to bed at a weird time to accommodate travel, a messed-up sleep schedule is one of the biggest beasts of fulfilling your wanderlust desires. That\u2019s why you <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prioritize getting your sleep schedule back on track when you arrive at your final destination.
