With that, one small study published in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3669033\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journal of International Society of Sports Nutrition<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> found that those who supplemented with tongkat ali extract every day for four weeks saw greater reductions in bad mood markers (like confusion and anger) as well as a whopping 37 percent increase in salivary testosterone levels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The recommended intake for each of these libido-boosting herbs varies.
