Get Morning Sunlight\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAim for 10 to 20 minutes of sunlight on your skin first thing in the morning,\u201d says Peterson. This naturally helps your body make vitamin D and set<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s up your circadian rhythm for better nighttime rest. For optimal absorption, pair these foods with healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds, and olive oil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Consider A Supplement<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you live in a cold, cloudy climate, don\u2019t get much sun, or have darker skin, consider adding a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaminshoppe.com\/c\/vitamins-supplements\/letter-vitamins\/vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vitamin D supplement<\/a> to your routine.
