Dizzy/Nausea. Take 1 cap/day for 3 days/wk is helping
I'm beginning my 2nd week on this product. Initially, I followed the instructions of 3 capsules on the first day = dizzy, nausea then vomiting. Followed by 6 days of no caps as per the instructions. . . . . . . .

My new intermediate plan: space out the dosage to 3 days of 1 cap per day then 4 days of no capsules. So, today (1 capsule) dizzy for 1 minute, then tolerated fine. I plan to take 1 cap tomorrow then 1 cap the next day, and follow with 4 days of rest, to see if I can tolerate this strong medicine. . . . . . . .

Ongoing plan: Mon, Tue, Wed 1 cap each day, then Thu-Sun no caps. Later I plan to go 1 cap Mon, 2 caps Tue, then 5 days no caps. Eventually I hope to go 3 caps on the first day then 4 days no caps (as per instructions). . . . . . . .

MORAL of the STORY: If you have issues tolerating this product, try easing into it as I am doing. . . . . .

In a few months I plan to update this review if I can; otherwise, I plan to write another review in a few months to let y'all know how this is working. It takes a few months to tell.
