Good product
I have used this product for many years. I take it to maintain whatever my weight is, not for losing weight. If I DON'T take it I WILL start gaining. It's also very beneficial for many good health reasons.
It's not intended to be a major weight loss solution.

Don't take this product for weight loss. Take it for the health benefits green tea is known for. Google it: green tea health benefits. Weight loss comes from your lifestyle; exercise & food choices.

Bought this product for extra energy and weight benefits. Not one thing different. No increased energy no reduction but no gain either. Just wasted time and money in my honest opinion. Live and learn.

I found this to be pretty worthless! Our Diet hasn't changed much, other than we eat less the older we get, & our weight was holding steady. BUT since taking the Vitamin Shoppe
Triple Strength Green Tea Extract we have both gained 5+ lbs in 2 weeks! Not a Happy Camper!

seems to work
Makes those last few pounds come off easy when cutting weight before competitions. I take with my preworkout or coffee. Probably not an essential supplement to have in your cabinet but if you are trying to lose weight give it a shot (in addition to a healthy diet & exercise).

Great!
Easy to take, high potency, no caffiene so no jitters. I work out vigourously so not sure if I've lost any weight as a result of this product but its a great support and I haven't gained any weight either. A must have for all healthy middle aged people.

Best Answer:  I basically use to support my weight management regimen. I haven't experienced any adverse side affects from it. I recommend it, however, recommend you consult your physician to see if it's good for your system, since you do say that you have a weak stomach and it's easily upset.

For best results... I would recommended: 1 on an empty stomach, after working out and one b4 dinner...
Or one in the morning plus one at night (around 6-7pm)...

Best Answer:  Looking at the label...it does not state anything about L-Theanine. I know it's naturally found in Green Tea, but nothing regarding that anywhere on the bottle.

Best Answer:  I'm not sure it does anything. I use it with other suppliments suggested by author Timothy Ferris... the PAGG stack/supplement. Just make sure you the decaffinated and should be fine.
