The Better BCAA - Patented L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine with Electrolytes
Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 20 ounces of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout workout or athletic event. An additional serving may be taken immediately after training or any time additional aminos are needed. Using less than 10 ounces of water per scoop and/or very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming. Due to high amino acid content some initial foaming may occur, which should subside over a few minutes time with light shaking. Shake container before each use to disperse ingredients that may have settled.
This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this product. Discontinue use and immediately consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. I use this while mostly doing burn out sets. The product is great in the sense that it has a good ratio and the amt. per serving is ideal. Also the serving size itself (1 scoop) is great b/c it's not one of those 3-4 scoop powders that you go through in a few weeks. My biggest complaint is that this powder does not mix well at all. It is very "clumpy." I've resorted to using boiling water and it still leaves a few clumps. Keep this in mind if you are in a rush. you need at least 20 min prep time to boil, mix, settle, then cool (I pour it over ice).

Branch chain amino acids are few form amino acids ( predigested protein). The only time they will be beneficial is if total protein intake is too low, then the added aminos will aid in muscle protein synthesis.
In my opinion, save your money or maybe a good multivitamin or some protein powder since your daughter is not a competitive bodybuilder on a lower than recommended protein intake. Aug 7, 2013
