This drink should be like a coffee type drink.But it has cinnamon in it.So if you like cinnamon in your drink you will like this.It's ok,I will not buy it again.

If you like the way Spiru-Tein tastes and LOVE cappuccino then this is the one for you. It was a little to heavy flavored for me so I usually cut it half and half with Spiru-Tein another Spiru-Tein product.

Does not mix well at all...the lumps taste nasty. I guess you HAVE TO use a blender, shaker or spoon won't do it. I like the Vitamin Shoppe Carb Fit mix better.
