Directions

Take three capsules with a full glass of water just before mealtimes (approximately 20 minutes).

      Comments about Nature's Way Glucomannan (665 MG) - 100 Capsules:

      I've tried other brands of Glucomannan but did not have the same results. The type of work I do makes it difficult to stop and slowly enjoy a meal, needless to say, eating the necessary "cleansing" foods doesn't always happen for me. This is an excellent product to take care of your digestion without making you feel all "puffed" up inside.
