A Letter from Our CEO
Dear Valued Customer,
We are all going through an extraordinary time in our nation’s history. The public health challenges of Covid-19 and the resulting impacts on our economy, our social fabric, and our sense of well-being are testing us like never before. I know each of us is being challenged in unique and individual ways.
However, all of us at The Vitamin Shoppe are looking forward to better times, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to serving our communities. Our hearts are with all of those impacted by the pandemic, and we believe our mission of providing quality health and nutrition solutions to our customers is more important than ever.
Across our company, our teams have implemented rigorous safety measures in our stores, distribution and customer support centers, using the guidance provided from the CDC and government agencies. These include sanitization and social distancing protocols, PPE and hygiene practices, and contactless payment and curbside pickup options.
Our goal is to be there for you with the wellness products you rely on, wherever and however you prefer to shop during this time -- whether that’s with our knowledgeable Health Enthusiasts in stores, on VitaminShoppe.com, on our app, on the phone with our customer support agents, or via a virtual appointment with one of our expert nutritionists.
We’re also committed to providing you with trusted information and inspiration on our What’s Good blog and social channels, as we all navigate the complexities of our new normal. Please engage with us, ask questions, and we’ll do our very best to find useful answers for you.
I want to thank you for the trust you place in our products and our people. Everyone at The Vitamin Shoppe is honored to be a part of your individual wellness journeys, and we are here to support you through this challenging time. We wish you and your loved ones the best of health, positive energy and a brighter tomorrow.
