To help keep the environments of our stores and distribution centers as safe as possible, we have
implemented some important measures:
We are following recommended sanitation guidelines from the CDC and World Health Organization, including
delivering additional cleaning supplies to our stores and distribution centers, and coaching our teams
on preventative measures such as regular disinfecting of store surfaces, frequent hand washing, and use
of hand sanitizer when necessary.
We have reduced our store hours to allow store teams an opportunity to enhance cleaning procedures at
the end of each day, restock shelves, and add flexibility to our staff schedules.
We are respectfully asking any customer who is feeling unwell or potentially experiencing symptoms of
COVID-19 to please shop our website at www.vitaminshoppe.com, rather than browsing in stores. We are
posting signs with this recommendation on our store doors.
