Healthy Awards® Terms and Conditions

Your participation in Healthy Awards is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and is governed by by The Vitamin Shoppe Terms of Use, which contain a mutual dispute resolution/arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver that affect your rights (“Terms of Use”).   1. Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the state in which you reside. Membership in Healthy Awards is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Your Healthy Awards account remains the property of The Vitamin Shoppe® and must be surrendered upon our request.

  2. Membership.You can join Healthy Awards through any of the following methods:

    Website: Create an account on our website by clicking here.

    Mobile App: Create an account on our app. Download by clicking here.

    In Store: Visit any The Vitamin Shoppe location and sign up in-person. Click here to find a store near you.

    By Phone: Call (866) 293-3367 if you are in the United States, or (201) 552-6000 from outside the United States, and ask our representative to enroll you in Healthy Awards.

  3. Earning Points. You may earn points through purchases made in The Vitamin Shoppe stores, website, mobile application, or by phone. You may also earn points by participating in the digital activities described in the Healthy Awards Program FAQs. You must be logged into your account to earn points for such digital activities.

  4. Exclusions from Earning Points. No points are earned on shipping and handling costs, tax, gift card purchases, coupon discounts, or Cash Back Award redemptions.

  5. Redemption. To redeem a Cash Back Award, you must accumulate a certain number of points. For details on how your points convert into Awards, please refer to the FAQs [SU8.1]Once an Award is issued, it may be redeemed at checkout at Super Supplements and The Vitamin Shoppe stores, online through our website, using our app, or by phone. Awards may be redeemed solely for merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash, cash equivalents, gift cards, or applied to account balances. Awards will be sent to you automatically, unless you choose to save and accumulate your points and convert them into an award at a later time. See details about both options below.

    Automatic Cash Back Awards
    When you join Healthy Awards®, your account will be set to “Get Awards Automatically.”. This means that we will track your points and automatically issue you a Cash Back Award once you accumulate enough points. We will notify you by email when an Award is issued. You can also ask a Health Enthusiast® to retrieve your Cash Back Awards from our system while shopping in-store.

    Changing Points Threshold
    If you are enrolled to receive Cash Back Awards automatically, you may adjust the points threshold at which your Awards are issued. The default thresholds are $5 for Bronze members, $10 for Silver members, and $15 for Gold members. To change this threshold, log in to your account at vitaminshoppe.com or in our app.

    Save Your Points
    If you prefer not receive Cash Back Awards automatically and choose when to redeem your points for an Award, you may do so by updating your account preferences online at vitaminshoppe.com or in our app. If you choose to save your points, they will remain in your account until you choose to convert them into an Award. You may save up to 1,250 points. Once you reach that amount, a $50 Cash Back Award will be issued automatically.

  6. Award Redemption Period. Awards expire 30 days from the date of issuance. The expiration date will be reflected on your Award voucher.

  7. Returns.If you return a purchase, any points you earned on such purchase will be deducted from your points balance. If an Award was used to purchase an item and the item is then returned, it will be handled as follows depending on where you return it:

    In-Store Returns
    Items returned to a Super Supplements or The Vitamin Shoppe store will result in a merchandise credit being issued for the value of the Cash Back Award, and a refund to the original form of payment for any remaining balance paid. The merchandise credit may be used toward a future in‑store purchase, or if the item is exchanged rather than returned, the same Award will automatically be applied to the replaced item at the time of exchange.

    Online Returns
    For online orders returned by mail within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If a Cash Back Award was applied to an online order that is cancelled or returned through the Call Center, the value of the Award will be issued in the form of an e‑gift card.

  8. Maximum Points.You may earn up to 25,000 points each calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31). You will not earn any points on purchases or digital activities completed after reaching the limit for the remainder of the calendar year.

  9. Points Expiration. Your points will expire if you do not make a purchase within 12 months.

  10. Membership Tiers

    Tier Structure
    There are three membership tiers within the Program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Advancement to the Silver or Gold tier requires meeting the minimum annual spend thresholds described below.

    Program Rights
    The Vitamin Shoppe may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, suspend, or modify the tier structure, rules, benefits, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the Program or any individual tier. The Vitamin Shoppe may also terminate any tier at any time. If we do so, we will communicate such changes to you in advance.

    Bronze Tier
    You will automatically be enrolled in the Bronze tier upon joining Healthy Awards. You will remain in the Bronze tier unless and until you meet the minimum annual spend requirement for the Silver or Gold tier.

    Silver Tier
    You will achieve Silver tier status if you spend a minimum of $200 on fulfilled merchandise purchases during a calendar year (January 1 through December 31).

    Silver tier status remains in effect for:

      1. The calendar year in which you qualify, and
      2. The entire following calendar year.

    After that period, you must meet the annual spend requirement again to retain Silver tier status. If you do not requalify for Silver tier status and do not qualify for Gold tier status, you will return to the Bronze tier.

    Gold Tier
    You will achieve Gold tier status if you spend a minimum of $700 on fulfilled merchandise purchases during a calendar year (January 1 through December 31).

    Gold tier status remains in effect for:

      1. The calendar year in which you qualify, and
      2. The entire following calendar year.

    After that period, you must meet the annual spend requirement again to retain Gold tier status. If you do not requalify for Gold tier status and do not qualify for Silver tier status, you will return to the Bronze tier.
  11. Effect of Cancellation. If you cancel your Healthy Awards membership or your membership is otherwise terminated, you forfeit any unused points accrued in your account. No credit or cash will be given for unused points.

  12. No Transfer.
    Your Healthy Awards® points and account are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.

  13. Program Changes
    The Vitamin Shoppe® reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Healthy Awards® Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. We will provide advance notice of such change. The Vitamin Shoppe® may make these changes even though such changes may affect the member's ability to use points already earned but not yet redeemed.

  14. Recordkeeping.
    A member's point balance, as reflected in The Vitamin Shoppe’s records, shall be deemed correct. The Vitamin Shoppe reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any member's account based on internal records related to such member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a member's account as stated on any member's receipt and The Vitamin Shoppe’s internal records, The Vitamin Shoppe’s internal records will control. The Vitamin Shoppe assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information.

  15. Program Abuse.
    The Vitamin Shoppe® may revoke Heathy Awards membership at any time if such member engages in abuse of the Program, or violates these Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use. If a member engages in fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards, The Vitamin Shoppe® may revoke such member’s membership in the Program and such revocation may affect a member's eligibility to participate in any other program offered by The Vitamin Shoppe®.

  16. Interpretation.
    The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions and the Healthy Awards® Program FAQs are at the sole discretion and determination of The Vitamin Shoppe®.

  17. Privacy.
    Any personal information you provide as a member of Healthy Awards is subject to The Vitamin Shoppe’s Privacy Policy which is available for review here. If you are a California or Colorado resident, you acknowledge that you are enrolling in a financial incentive/loyalty program and have read and understand the Financial Incentive and Loyalty Program Notice which is available for review here.

  18. Dispute Resolution.
    Any and all disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Healthy Awards® Program will be governed by the Dispute Resolution provisions in the Terms of Use found here. You understand that the Terms of Use contain a mutual dispute resolution/arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver that affect your rights.
