Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from any Vitamin Shoppe channel to any Vitamin Shoppe store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Healthy Awards member in which case the store can look up a customer’s purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item. The Vitamin Shoppe reserves the right to deny any return. Note- some orders could have a restocking fee applied to the refunded amount.

Bucked Up Gold products and Prime X LTO Strawberry Lemonade are final sale.

The following exclusions to our Easy Returns Policy apply to your Bulk Purchase: A Bulk Purchase is any web order for $200 or more, or any combination of orders that, in the sole discretion of The Vitamin Shoppe, are related and total $200 or more. A Bulk purchase is also any store or web transaction that has more than 10 units per item. These purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason. Any damages/shortage related to a Bulk Purchase web must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to our Bulk purchase department: bulkorders@vitaminshoppe.com

Make a Return to any of our The Vitamin Shoppe or Super Supplements Stores:

Bring your purchase and receipt to any Vitamin Shoppe or Super Supplements store. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Healthy Awards member in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item (s). Online orders paid for with PayPal can be returned to one of our stores. Please note that whether the item is opened or unopened the customer will be refunded via an in-store merchandise credit. Online orders paid for with Klarna and returned to a Vitamin Shoppe or Super Supplements retail store will be refunded via merchandise credit for a future store purchase. All remaining installments will still be due to Klarna.

If you do not have a receipt, we may ask for your first name, last name, and phone number to verify the purchase and facilitate the return process. In certain situations, we may also request to see a government-issued ID for identification purposes.

Data Collection for Returns: In the event that you do not have a receipt, the information you provide, including your name, phone number, and ID (if requested), will be used solely for the purpose of processing your return and maintaining our transaction records. We will not share this information with third parties, except as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.

For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You may ship your return to either our Ashland, VA or our Avondale, AZ distribution centers.

For Orders Placed with PayPal:

Online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Vitamin Shoppe or Super Supplements retail store will be refunded via merchandise credit for a future store purchase. If you would like for your PayPal account to be credited, return your order, to either of our distribution centers above.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We make every effort to package your order so it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly.

Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a customer service representative. In the case of larger items, you may be asked to submit a photograph of the damage.

If you’ve received a damaged item, please e-mail us at: customercare@vitaminshoppe.com or call 1 (800) 223-1216.

We’ll need your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged so we can arrange for the damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.

Can I return products I ordered through the web or over the phone to a retail store?

Yes. You can return a product purchased on our website or over the phone to a retail store for exchange or return. You must however, bring the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase to receive a credit if applicable. See the returns section for more details. Stores will not accept returns for Bulk online orders.

Please note Amazon purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores since Amazon restricts credit card information. Amazon purchases must be returned to one of our distribution centers.

How will returns be processed for purchases made with Healthy Awards Certificates?

If a return is made that was partially paid with a Healthy Awards certificate the return is processed so that certificate is credited first. The remaining credit difference will go back to original form of tender.
