I have a question it says contains milk is that just the milk thistle or does this actually contain dairy?

Best Answer:  It contains milk. It has a probiotic blend and some probiotics contain dairy. What I can tell you is that I personally am lactose intolerant and this product does not aggravate it. Hope that helps.
