How many teaspoons of vinegar is this product equivalent to? The other ACV tablet, American Health ACV sold by Vitamin Shoppe has 600mg in 2 tabs and states that it is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of ACV. It seems that is the better deal, although this product does not have the apple pectin. Not sure if that matters. Does anyone know?

How can Pectin tablets be converted to a form that an aged person could swallow easily? And, what strengths do Pectin tablets come in?

Best Answer:  I don't have any problems swallowing the apple Cider Vinegar tablet. It is not large. I would suggest that if a person had a problem with swallowing it, why not try cutting it in two and swallow each half separately. Or maybe smashing it and take with apple sauce. I have never tried either one, but I think it might help to get the tablet down. I really don't know what strengths the Pectin tablets comes in.

Best Answer:  I don’t think so. I looked up what is the mother & it’s yeast that is added to apple juice breaks down sugar & turns into alcohol. Bacteria is added converts alcohol into acedic acid. The bacteria is known as mother.

Best Answer:  It is my understanding that the best Apple Cider Vinegar is Braggs Liquid Apple Cider Vinegar. This contains the mother in it. As for capsules or pills, I am not sure. I have switched to Braggs.

Best Answer:  No, this is not the same. You only get "the mother" was liquid apple cider vinegar - like Bragg's.

Best Answer:  I don't take them to lose weight. I take them because they are supposed to help keep me healthy. The tabs are small and easy to swallow.

What is the maximum dosage of the pills that can be taken a day? I take 2 now but have seen other pills on the market with over 400 mg in them. Two of these only add up to over 200mg
