Do you take one or two capsules daily? I have seen both recommended. I am looking for something natural to help with frequent migraines. Thank you!
        Kelly H on May 7, 2014
Best Answer: I have had migraines for a number of years and they can be quite severe. I take one feverfew cap and one magnesium cap each night. This has cut my migraines from weekly (some times daily) to 1-2 month in average. Highly recommend the feverfew-which was recommended to me by my doctor and acupuncturist. Try starting w one cap for a month and see if you notice a difference.

can children 12 years of age use it if they get chronic migraines? I want to use all natural stuff for him.
A Vitamin Shoppe customer on Sep 5, 2013
Best Answer: I am not sure if children can use this product. I bought it for my 25 yr old daughter. It did work for her. It was recommended not for use for pregnant or nursing moms. My advice would be to investigate and ask your physician.
