Best Answer:  It should help overall digestion. I take it and suggest you do in any case. However, I would go a step further for acid reflux and buy pure Aloe Vera Gel for consumption that Vitamine Shoppe also sells. It will coat your throat on down to help with the discomfort when it actually occurs. And one more piece of advice from experience - see a good chiropractor. Most of them know how to do a minipulation of the stomach itself to handle the problem. Hope this helps.
