I use this periodically when I need to remove excess sludge from my body.
This will clean out excess sludge from the intestines.
It is great for cleaning out meat & simple carbohydrates.
I take 2 first thing in the AM building up to 3.
The formula is mild but effective.
It has just enough Senna in it to work without aggressive cramps.

Amazing Product!
Hello, everyone, I must say I was a bit skeptical about this product. Everything in the past has failed to work as it said. I had read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I took 2 capsules as directed on an empty stomach, and two later about six hours and I could not believe it, the product worked! I was amazed! This product is wonderful especially if you have chronic constipation problems. Please give it a try, don't suffer!

Sculpt n’ cleanse
I’ve been using Sculpt n’ Cleanse for about 6 years and its great! I have history of blockages and would be in and out of hospital. I was admitted and after the 5th day nothing was working so I had my husband pick up S n’ C and just like that my poop started moving and I was able to leave hospital. And to those who say u cramped up, that just means it’s working. You must be really backed up. It won’t hurt like that once u get it all out. I love this so much because it doesn’t hurt my tummy like laxatives.

How effective is this product on weight lost and keeping it off?

Best Answer:  I very definitely lost weight, 2-4 pounds, after using this as directed for two weeks. I purchased this for the detoxifying benefits, however, not as a diet aide, and I use it only occasionally for that purpose now. There are "regularity" side affects that you may or may not like.

I have read that you should not take Senna for long periods of time as it can cause dependency on going to the bathroom and liver damage. So how long should you take this and how many mg is the Senna in this?

An irreversible condition. As I understand it can start being seen as early as 2 months.
