How many scoops should I take in one day?
A shopper

Best Answer:  I personally take 1 full scoop on training days, sometime afterwards with a full meal, I also take animal pak orange flavored and cut it with that. On non training days, I mix half a scoop with my animal pak with my first meal then another half scoop halfway through the day. I say that because everyone has their own routine, meal plans, and life schedules.
