This is a follow-up review, now that I have run SIGMA for two months and now been off of it for 3 weeks. SIGMA Works!I slept like a champ, was in a better mood, more balanced. The restful sleep I had while taking SIGMA contributes to both energy and recovery, so that's a win. On the workout side, I could generate more intensity while on SIGMA, training sessions were shorter, but what was a significant is I lost body fat. I felt better, that's the bottom line.
