Awesome for energy!
Omg I love this product! Granted, I wanted to try it without having to invest too much money on it so it’s the first Maca product I’ve tried! I was always sleepy and tired to the point that I needed to take a nap during the day because I’d be tired! I can definitely feel the difference after taking this supplement, with my energy levels.... it’s not like a sugar high or anything like that. I have notice if I took it too late in the day, I tend to have a minor problem falling asleep where has before, I had no trouble sleeping at all!! As for the libido and weight gain part, I haven’t really seen a difference so I can’t comment on it...... I’ve been taking it for a month now

Great for hot flashes
I tried this product back in August 2014 due to horrandous hot flashes, mood swings,etc and this really works! I could not believe the change. The Maca stop the hot flahes and help with my mood swings. I absolutely love it. My only problem is that the product description says that this is for men. That's not true, women can definitely benefit from Maca too.

I am a woman who read that Maca will help with post-menopause symptoms such as low estrogen which causes dryness, irritation, and other problems in the private area? I'm using Estrace cream now but I do not like the prospect of the side effects. Anyone use Maca for what I just described? Thank you.
