    4. To remove from mold hold under hot tap water and then remove

  • Black Bean & Chocolate Protein Brownies

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of egg whites
    • 1 scoop of BodyTech Whey Tech Pro 24 Rich Chocolate protein powder
    • 1 can of unsalted cooked black beans
    • 1/3 tbsp of low sodium baking powder
    • 4 tbsp Coconut Secrets Coconut Nectar
    • 3 tbsp of coconut flour
    • 3 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter
    • 5 heaping tbsp of cottage cheese
    • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
    • 1/4 tbsp of sea salt
    • 3 tbsp of cocoa nibs
    • 3 drops of liquid stevia

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 385 degrees
    2. Spray a baking pan 10"x10" with olive oil spray
    3. Bake for 35 minutes
    4. Remove from oven and let cool
    5. Cut into 12 even squares
  • Pumpkin Protein Overnight Oats

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of rolled oats
    • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
    • 1 scoop of BodyTech Vanilla Whey Protein
    • 2 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin puree
    • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tbsp of crushed walnuts

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
    2. Fill 1 mason jar with mixture
    3. Seal mason jar and refrigerate overnight
    4. Add your favorite nuts on top for a nice crunch in the morning

  • High Protein Ezekiel French Toast

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices of Ezekiel bread
    • 3 egg whites
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Cinnamon Graham Cracker

    Directions

    1. Spray pan with non-stick spray and place on medium heat
    2. Combine egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla and protein powder together in a large bowl
    3. Place a slice of Ezekiel bread into mixture and let sit until thoroughly saturated with batter – flip so each side gets covered evenly
    4. Place bread in pan, flipping occasionally so both sides cook evenly. Make sure stove flame is low enough to cook thoroughly without burning
    5. Remove from pan
    6. Top with fresh fruit and/or sugar free maple syrup
  • Molten Lava Chocolate Protein Cake

    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped, plus 1 ounce broken into 4 equal pieces
    • 6 packets zero-calorie sweetener
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 cup almond flour
    • 1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

    Directions

    1. Microwave coconut oil and chopped chocolate in a large bowl, stopping to stir often until melted, about 1 minute.
    2. Whisk zero calorie sweetener, eggs, cocoa, vanilla and salt into chocolate mixture until smooth.
    3. In separate bowl, combine almond flour, whey powder and baking powder. Whisk the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until combined. Divide batter evenly between 4 (6-ounce) ramekins or mugs.
    4. Press 1 chocolate piece into the center of each cake.
    5. Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds. Cake should be slightly wet around edges of mug and somewhat drier toward the center. Let cake rest for 2 minutes.
  • Protein Waffles

    Ingredients

    Directions

    1. Blend the BSN Isoburn, egg whites and chocolate chips together to create the waffle batter.
    2. Pour the batter into your waffle maker.
    3. Plate your waffle and drizzle with pure maple syrup or top with your favorite nut butter for a protein-packed treat.
  • Tumeric Latte

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    • 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport Performance Protein
    • 1 inch fresh turmeric (1 tbsp ground turmeric)
    • 1 inch fresh ginger (1 tbsp ground ginger)
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla (extract or powder)
    • Optional: 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of choice

    Directions

    1. Gently warm coconut milk in saucepan. Remove from heat before boiling.
    2. In a high-speed blender, place all other ingredients.
    3. Pour warm coconut milk into blender, sealing lid tightly and covering with a dishcloth (in case it splatters).
    4. Blend for 2 minutes.
    5. Serve while still hot.
  • Black Forest Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 serving Chocolate Vega Sport Performance Protein
    • 1 cup frozen tart cherries
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 2 tbsp raisins (soaked for 5 minutes in warm water, then drained)
    • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
    • 1/2 cup ice
    • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to blender and blend until mixed
    2. Stop blender, add cacao nibs and lightly incorporate so nibs get mixed throughout
    3. Pour smoothie and top with additional nibs, raisins and cherries–if you’re feeling fancy
    4. Enjoy!
