      Mix four (4) scoops (310g) of Prime Mass with 24 oz water in a blender, or use milk for a creamier and more nutrient dense shake. Blend for 45-60 seconds before adding ice cubes and any additional ingredients. Blend for another 30-45 seconds for a delicious shake. First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day.       Great product ?? I drink 2 to 3 shakes per day
      Get two 24 oz shaker bottles and make 2 shakes in instead of one shake so it won't
      be so thick I use whole milk so i don't know
      if water would be a little more thinner.

      Great mass gainer for the buck!
      Tried different brands like GNC, ON & others this one does taste good not too chocolaty or sweet like others. Noticeable weight increase after going through 2 tubs of these. Doesn't make you feel bloated and love that I can mix in oat meal, PB & bananas occasionally & it doesn't get thick.(using water of course). It says 4 scoops which is not a deal breaker for me maybe for others but it's best to use 2 morning and 2 evening.

      Awful. Mixed with 4 cups of milk to avoid being too thick and it still came out as sludge. Taste is also subpar.

        Hello usually it's 3 scoops but read the instructions carefully and if it recommends 4 scoops to receive 1180 calories then roll with it. It also depends on what you are using like water or milk. The more you add like fruit, peanut butter or anything else will boost the calorie intake.
