Basically Dessert without the guilt
This is my favorite flavor. I add to nonfat milk which gets me about 33g. It's so sweet and rich it tastes like a dessert or actual shake. The chocolate one clumps more than this one, so I will likely only purchase this flavor in the future.

Great product ISOPURE
When I got this for the first time, long time ago, it was much better than other proteins. Bc my metabolism is too fast , Is easy to digest even with milk , no discomfort for the stomach
I will never change protein again this is the right one ! ?? i make my protein shake 5 or 6 days a week ?? try it !

I love that it is zero carb. The only disappointment was I don’t think it tastes like cookies and cream, however the taste is still good and does not leave a nasty after taste so that is a hige plus!

Best protein out there
There is nothing really to say, Isopure is definitely one of the best proteins out there. I like, dark chocolate, strawberry cream, banana cream, and milk chocolate (in a pinch I get vanilla). The thing about Ispure is the beyond the protein there are just so many added vitiams and nutrients in there, for the price you cannot beat it. I use water to mix, but it does taste better with milk or coconut milk. Still I love it.

Great Protein
This is the best protein that I have ever used. And I have been using protein powders for over 30 years. It has zero carbs. It mixes great. It comes in numerous great flavors. And it tastes great. I use it after every weight workout. It is perfect. I could not recommend it more highly.

Hello I am 24 years old, I work out frequently, I weigh 168, down from 188, I just bought this and was wondering if it will help me get down to my goal weight of about 150-155 nicely since I am only 5'7 and that is my BMI?

Best Answer:  Yes if you use it correctly. I have it rice a day. Once before I work out with water and almond milk then as a meal after I work out with a banana and a cup of fresh berries and a 1/4 cup almond milk. Throw in ice cubes to chill. Eat every 21/2 to 3 hours - lean protein and vegetables.for example- Start day with 4 eggs(3 white 1 yolk), 1 cup spinach. I make an omelette and also a 1/2 cooked steel cut oatmeal. Use less than a tablespoon cobnut oil to cook with. 2nd meal- 5ounces chic breast, broccoli. Then shake, workout then meal shake. Then lean fish sautéed with Swiss chard or other leafy greens, then fish , tuna fish chick or red meat with leafy veg. Every 4th day add 1/2 cup carbs to every meal- yams, sweet potatoes, quinoa, oatmeal, brown rice. Good luck!

Best Answer:  Protein shakes are used to gain muscle which weighs more. Yes a low Carb diet in general will help lose weight. The Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana taste better.

Best Answer:  I wouldn't use it for a meal replacement shake. But if you are doing a low carb diet it will help.
I was successful trimming down while using this as a workout supplement. I would consume at least one a day M-F on workout days only. so if I missed a workout, i didn't not take it.
